Accepting Your Invitation

Receiving the Invitation Email

When your landlord adds you to a property, you receive an invitation email from the platform. This email contains:

  • A welcome message identifying your landlord and the property
  • The address and unit you are being invited to
  • A secure link to accept the invitation

Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from the platform. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, ask your landlord to resend the invitation.

Click the link in the invitation email. This takes you to the tenant portal where you can verify your identity and set up your account. The link is unique to your invitation and expires after a set period for security.

Creating Your Account

On the invitation acceptance page:

  1. Verify that your name and email are correct
  2. Create a password for your portal account
  3. Accept the terms of use
  4. Click Create Account

Your account is now active. You are redirected to your dashboard where you can start using the portal immediately.

If you click the invitation link after it has expired, you will see an error message. Contact your landlord and ask them to resend the invitation. A new link will be generated that is valid for another period.
